Needed to replace my husbands battery in his 2018 F150. I learned I needed to scan the battery in order for it to sync with the trucks computer system. O’Reilys gave me Ernie’s card. I called on a Sunday, he was able to come by my apartment on his way home same day. Only took him a few minutes and he wasn’t even gonna charge me for the service. Absolutely would recommend!
